In our first session we assess where you are on your development journey. I will be accompanying you on your journey. We start by deepening your understanding of the problem and by identifying all relevant dynamics in your life. We may build you a Coaching Program, clarifying your objective(s) and competences to develop. I generally adapt a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic (CBT), holistic (paying attention to the mind, emotions & body) and Mindful approach, using a variety of Coaching tools (depending on your unique needs). After your first development journey (Coaching package), we assess together if you could benefit from Continued Coaching.
