Do you often feel sad? Lost? Lonely? Do you feel stuck in a negative behavioral pattern (i.e., wrong partner choices, unhealthy lifestyle)? Do you suffer from a mood disorder (i.e. anxiety, OCD, stress) or mental illness (i.e. clinical depression)? Is something from the past (i.e., trauma, eating disorder) preventing you from living your life in the present?
Do you want to create long-term changes in your life and become a better version of yourself?
In our first few individual sessions, we focus on building a relationship of trust and making an assessment about you/your life. I will guide you in exploring all dynamics in your life and your structure of interpretation (how you perceive the world around you), using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic (CBT) and Mindful approach. The level of pro-activity (doing homework, reaching objectives) and frequency of sessions depend on your unique needs. For psychological trauma, I offer EMDR therapy (see EMDR Therapy), a treatment to process trauma.
